Purchased dehumidifier 19 June, returned August 26, after several attempts to contact company to see what to do with it.Call line requires approximately 30 waiting time!

Return payment requirement $14.99, check cashed on September 28. Recontacted company on November 23 wondering where in the world my dehumidifier went. Was told it would arrive on the 26 of November, as it was "on its way" - great took the long way here! Called again on Nov.

30, as it was still not here - should be delivered today! Another 1/2 hour phone wait.

Terrible service, terrible help line,

I am embarrassed that this is an American company.I always try to by American and this company is a disgrace to the Haier American name!
