The TV broke down after 5 to 7 short uses.Newegg refuse to do anything because we didn't use it until 30 days after purchase and we passed the exchange period.

But since people who bought this TV around the same time with us almost all complained a broke down within 2 weeks, but newegg keeps selling this product and refuse to do anything! We were dumped to the manufatures, which never really came until numerous calls and phone calls. After 3 MONTHS, Haier doesn't easily replace a broken one, and it took MORE months even they do. The warranty doesn't extend even they wasted all the time since purchase.

Do not ever buy Haier TV because it's purely a waste of your time and money, and don't ever trust big discount on newegg!

Don't ever trust newegg for their big discount on TV!It's simply bad quality products with no good customer services!

Haier is designed for sale and use in 3rd world countries, that is why it has such a cheap price tag and cheap quality. Anything Haier that you buy, once you pay for it you are on your own. Haier is better left to 3rd world countries, not in the USA.
