I purchased a Haier wine cooler in June, and purchased a replacement plan in July. It died in September, emitting a strong burned electrical odor. I filed a claim in November and have yet to see a replacement.
I have called every 10 days to check on the status of the claim and every time am told they are out of stock, and I should get a replacement in "a couple of weeks." It is inconceivable that a large manufacturer like that is out of stock! Won't be long before they will have had the cooler longer than I did!
I have found no contact information other than the customer service number and address, and an email form on their web site.
