Very bad serice

Can’t Reach Customer Service. I called with a problem and every minute I was given a choice to click 1?get a web address to deal with my problem or click 2 to get. Never got an agent.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: My experience is very bad. Freeze is not working in good condition. Freezer is also not working. Even it is only 1 year old. This is called cheating. After sales service is very bad.

No resolvement by Haier. They called and offered a money back return through the seller after deductions. It is hard to understand they are not rectifying nor responding and instead of resolution of their product either by replacing or repairing they want to refund...
I am very desperate writing you to help me maintain my newly bought Refrigerator HRF-438IBS in Pakistan since your company can not give me service and rectify the problem in the refrigerator. Although it should be replaced since bought new from them.
The freezer temperature remains between -9 to -13 and not -18.
The temperature setting is set at 2 deg. Centigrade.
Haier have replaced CPU Card but.no change.
They now do not come or rectify the problem. My complaints are cancelled automatically without my consent.
This refrigerator has manufacturing fault and should be changed since bought new but they do not give qualified service.
Please help.

I got haier air-conditioned a year ago ,after 3 months of purchasing my ac showed issue of not getting cool so i complained to haier company, Technician came n after checkng he said bands are leaked,we will repair it,my issue resolved but soon aftr 1.5 month of band repaired ac again showed the same issue,I complained then technician came n said band are leaked n need to b replaced,they replaced,after 2 days I noticed a voice from outer as it has not been fixed clearly so i again complained then the technician came n said there is issue in compressor so we will replace it I said ok then hardly after a month I again got the same problem in ac of not getting cool ,iam so mch frustrated,what to do now,i was fan of haier company as every appliance in my home is of haier but due to this problem iam too mch frustrated from this company,

First while trying to register my complaint it took too much time with call center, and very arrogant manner. Later when technician came he tried to convince me that I should get my freeze repaired with third party for lesser cost.
I refused. But when the 2nd technician came on 2nd day, he again stated tried to convince me that even more discounted price he will charge for repair if I agree for the third party help. I again refused. Both technicians gave me their numbers for any repairs in the future.
Nowadays, I am seeing that this is very common.
Most of the time I saw this problem with many companies. But my experience with Haier is not good.
