Very bad serice

I have a front load washing machine, i have error 4 problem with washing machine, n raise the complaint 15 days back, technician came and check it, after that it's not working, every day called to customer care, but they said to after 3 days technician will come and resolve the problem, still didn't come any technician, bad service.

Can’t Reach Customer Service. I called with a problem and every minute I was given a choice to click 1?get a web address to deal with my problem or click 2 to get. Never got an agent.

The freezer was working but the fridge wasnt getting cold enough inside. I tried to call but could never get an agent. Every minute I was given a choice to click 1 and get a website or click 2 to continue with the call and get an agent. Not only was this annoying but I never got an agent. Stay away from this company!!!

Resolved: My experience is very bad. Freeze is not working in good condition. Freezer is also not working. Even it is only 1 year old. This is called cheating. After sales service is very bad.

Within a year freeze started problems. First visit of 472 rs was quick. But after that nothing is happening. Even call center people are also wasting my time repeatedly asking the same question. Even one person disconnected my call. They are unable to understand my problem. They always tried to talk in a computerized manner. Very bad situation. This is my first and last experience . Will never buy and suggest nobody to buy this company product.

No resolvement by Haier. They called and offered a money back return through the seller after deductions. It is hard to understand they are not rectifying nor responding and instead of resolution of their product either by replacing or repairing they want to refund...

Dear Haier,
I am very desperate writing you to help me maintain my newly bought Refrigerator HRF-438IBS in Pakistan since your company can not give me service and rectify the problem in the refrigerator. Although it should be replaced since bought new from them.
The freezer temperature remains between -9 to -13 and not -18.

The temperature setting is set at 2 deg. Centigrade.
Haier have replaced CPU Card but.no change.

They now do not come or rectify the problem. My complaints are cancelled automatically without my consent.
This refrigerator has manufacturing fault and should be changed since bought new but they do not give qualified service.
Please help.

Haier Technician Fraud with Customer

I got haier air-conditioned a year ago ,after 3 months of purchasing my ac showed issue of not getting cool so i complained to haier company, Technician came n after checkng he said bands are leaked,we will repair it,my issue resolved but soon aftr 1.5 month of band repaired ac again showed the same issue,I complained then technician came n said band are leaked n need to b replaced,they replaced,after 2 days I noticed a voice from outer as it has not been fixed clearly so i again complained then the technician came n said there is issue in compressor so we will replace it I said ok then hardly after a month I again got the same problem in ac of not getting cool ,iam so mch frustrated,what to do now,i was fan of haier company as every appliance in my home is of haier but due to this problem iam too mch frustrated from this company,

Started problem within a year

First while trying to register my complaint it took too much time with call center, and very arrogant manner. Later when technician came he tried to convince me that I should get my freeze repaired with third party for lesser cost.

I refused. But when the 2nd technician came on 2nd day, he again stated tried to convince me that even more discounted price he will charge for repair if I agree for the third party help. I again refused. Both technicians gave me their numbers for any repairs in the future.

Nowadays, I am seeing that this is very common.

Most of the time I saw this problem with many companies. But my experience with Haier is not good.

Haier company Fraud

There is issue in my air-conditioned from the day 1st ,within a month aftr purchasing it showed the issue of not getting cool,i complained Company then different technician came all technician gave different views n each of them indicated different fault in ac but issue is remain th same, it's almost a year iam just tryng to get my ac ok but every time there is issue.
