after purchasing and exchanging three dehumidifiers that were all a piece of junk,i have yet to receive my refund.

i returned the last one the end of may and as of july 16th have yet to receive my money. all i get is the run-a-around when i call and i have called at least 20 times because i need my refund in order to purchase a much better brand that actually works

i don't understand why it takes so long to issue a refund. you cannot ever get a straight answer when you talk to someone on the tellephone.

i will never purchase another anything from this company

Monetary Loss: $198.
