my tv wont work and ive contacted haier coustomer service department twice may 26 and june 1 without no help i woud appreciate another television .im still un able to watch the television that i purchased 05/07/09.the product model is hp42bb model# deonloe100d177to443.

the reference# or ticket# is 536362.

i was told by technical support that they would send me a remote that woud operate the television but the guy didnot give me a reference # and i did not know that i needed one so the order could not be processed i would appreciate some help with this matter to resolve my television usage problem.Thanks [ronald chaison]

Having troube getting someone on the phone.I am trying to get an elderly couple the 2 channels they want and can't figure it out.

I called Haier and was told they would call me back. 2 days later no call.

Called again today and the system is down and could I call back tomorrow.What a Joke

i asked for help programing my remote haier tv i reached them and their expert wanted to charge me $28 to answer my question if im satisfied are they kidding their a joke
