my tv wont work and ive contacted haier coustomer service department twice may 26 and june 1 without no help i woud appreciate another television . im still un able to watch the television that i purchased 05/07/09.the product model is hp42bb model# deonloe100d177to443.
the reference# or ticket# is 536362.
i was told by technical support that they would send me a remote that woud operate the television but the guy didnot give me a reference # and i did not know that i needed one so the order could not be processed i would appreciate some help with this matter to resolve my television usage problem.
