Had the 32" TV with Haier brand and it stopped working. Called Haier on Sep 6, 2012, and since then had nothing but a runaround about getting the TV repaired or replaced.

NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS, EVEN SUPERVISORS. Keep getting the same story when I call that they are in the process of replacing the TV but do not have any in stock and they do not know when they will get one in. I even tried sending a message to Corp. Head.

but no luck either.

I will never buy another HAIER product again. Warranty is worth @#%^*&(&^%$.

Monetary Loss: $200.

i'm in the same boat as you mine started as well in sept and still nothing but a run around . good luck . i'll never buy a haier again or recomend one to anyone else
