faulty thermostat for wine cooler.complied with all their requests for supporting documentation

co notified in may 20012,of problem.

i was constantly told that they would honor their warranty and would be sending a replacement unit

This has never happened .

They refuse to answer or communicate any information

I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey business bureau who have advised me that they have not even responded to their inquires.

The BBB advised that they have over 209 complaints about the Haier Corporation

It is very difficult to interput silence.

Products from this company should be avoided at all costs.

they are far from being reputable

Monetary Loss: $175.

I had the same issue with a water cooler, they told me they would be shipping a replacement water cooler and I would receive it in 4-6 weeks, 8 weeks later no cooler, I called them back and was told they had none in stock, and they could send me a different model, none comparable though. I ended up emailing the company's Marketing Manager, and he/his secretary gave me a full refund including sales tax.
